What we collect

When you create an account, we receive basic account information from your sign-in provider, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We store the plans, tasks, settings, usage records, and conversations you choose to save in HolyForgeGPT.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate you, synchronize your workspace, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Planner context and recent chat messages are sent to our configured AI provider only when you request an AI response.

Service providers

HolyForgeGPT uses service providers for authentication and database hosting, AI responses, application hosting, and payment processing. These providers process only the information needed to perform their services under their own privacy and security terms.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. HolyForgeGPT does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Your choices

You can export your workspace from Account settings. You can also cancel a subscription and request deletion of your account and associated cloud workspace data. Some billing and security records may be retained where legally required.

Security and retention

We use access controls designed to separate each user’s data. Information is retained while your account remains active, while needed to provide the service, or as required for security, payment, and legal obligations.

Children

HolyForgeGPT is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
